HRA Meeting <br />Minutes –Tuesday, October 1,2015 <br />Page 2 <br />1 <br />Motion: Member Majerusmoved, seconded by Member Masche to approveHRA <br />2 <br />Resolution No. 64 entitled, “Resolution Amendment of By-Laws;” to specify that every <br />3 <br />member of the Board is a member of the Roseville City Council. <br />4 <br />5 <br />As senior member present, Member Majerus stated it had been his honor and privilege to serve <br />6 <br />the citizens of Roseville, the HRA and the Roseville City Council. <br />7 <br />8 <br />Member Lee agreed. <br />9 <br />10 <br />Member Etten personally thanked all currently-serving commissioners and those having served <br />11 <br />over the years, for the work accomplished by the RHRA, which had proven to be and <br />12 <br />continued to be of great value to the City of Roseville and its citizens, and attested to their <br />13 <br />efforts and results.
