REQUEST FOR RHRA ACTION <br />Date:01-04-16 <br />Item No: 8a. <br />Staff Approval:Agenda Section: <br />Action Item <br />Item Description:RHRA Transfer of Projects and Programs to the Roseville Economic <br />Development Authority <br />B <br />1 <br />ACKGROUND <br />2At itsNovember 30, 2015,meeting, the City Council established the Roseville Economic <br />3Development Authority (REDA) byadopting Resolution No. 11277 and authorizedthe transfer <br />4of the Roseville Housing Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) functions, assets and obligations to <br />5the REDA with Resolution No. 11278. <br />6 <br />7The next stepinthe process is for the RHRA to adopt a resolution transferring the RHRA <br />8Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract in Exhibit A and the projects and programs <br />9listed in Exhibit B of ResolutionNo. 65 to the REDA. The CDBG contract was for Applewood <br />10Point Single Family home construction subsidy loans.
