REQUEST FOR RHRA ACTION <br />Date:01-04-16 <br />Item No: 4 <br />Staff Approval:Agenda Section: <br />Action Item <br />Item Description:Election of officers for the Roseville Housing Redevelopment <br />Authority (RHRA) <br />Background <br />1 <br />2Section 3.1 of the Roseville Housing Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) by-laws requires the <br />3election of the following officers:Chairperson, Acting Chairperson, and Secretary.The officers <br />4must be members of the Board. <br />5 <br />6Although the RHRA is anticipated to be largely dormant once the HRA powers are transferred to the <br />7Roseville Economic Development Authority (REDA), the election of officers is still necessary for <br />82016 action items.
