REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />1 <br />21.0 <br />31.Offer a motion accepting the City of Roseville’s offer to purchase the HRA owned <br />4property within the Dale Street development and authorize the execution of the attached <br />5purchase agreement (Attachment A) acknowledging this acceptance. <br />62.Direct HRA staff and the HRA Attorney to prepare any required documents necessary to <br />7close on the property with the City of Roseville. <br />8 <br />92.0 <br />10At its March 23, 2015 meeting, the City Council passed a motion approving the submittal <br />11of an offer to the Roseville HRA for the HRA’s Dale Street property (Attachment B). <br />12The value of the City’s offer is equivalent to all of the Roseville HRA’s expenditures <br />13related to purchase, investigation and maintenance of the property as determined by the <br />14HRA Executive Director.
