Attachment C <br />Background // <br />The Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority’s (RHRA) mission is to plan, implement and manage <br />housing projects and activities in the Roseville community. The RHRA has been innovating programs and <br />events to provide access to resources for quality, decent and safe homes, and a suitable living environment <br />for its residents. <br />In 2011, the RHRA partnered with marketing creative George Hornik to look at new ways to raise awareness <br />about the Authority and attract a broader audience to its programs and activities. The “Living Smarter” <br />campaign was developed to offer Roseville residents opportunities. As part of the campaign, a Green <br />Remodeling Plan Book was created as a website to provide residents and outside communities with <br />information about optimizing the results of their remodeling investments. <br />The intention today is to convert the remodeling website into a digitized PDF with interactive navigation <br />which would be placed on the newly launched city website and contiually updated on one-source platform. <br />Grupa Creativo proposes to assist the RHRA with the redevelopment of the Plan Book to include the <br />following aspects: <br />- conversion of the page structure into an interactive PDF document <br />- conversion of the content (text and imagery) from HTML format to laid out page design <br />- conversion of the fact sheets into the document lair out page design <br />- formatting of document for web placement <br />- prepping of a native InDesign file for future updates and conversion to PDF <br />- integration of updates for v.2 of the Plan Book <br />Compensation Arrangement // <br />Required time estimate: <br />- 37 design hours @ $150 per hour <br />- 15 prep hours @ $125 per hour <br />- 5 hours for edits/project management @ $75 per hour <br /> <br />Total cost: $7,800.00 <br />Project expenses: <br /> e.g., third-party project-related costs will be billed separately without mark-up.
