<br />Ordinance No. 1188 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 10 (ZONING), <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM AN "1-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />TO A "B-3" GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1.Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing (PF2944) with due notice on September 10, 1997, the <br />following property is hereby rezoned from "1-1" Light Industrial District to "B-3" General <br />Business District: <br /> <br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 29, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and as more specifically described in the <br />attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2.
