<br />DISTRICT TO A "B-3" GENERAL

<br />The City Council 01 the City 01 Roseville
<br />does ordain:
<br />Section 1.Real Property Rezoned.
<br />Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning
<br />Amenclments) 01 the City Zoning Code 01 the
<br />City 01 Roseviile, and after the PlanninQ
<br />Commission held a public hearing (PF2944)
<br />with due notice on September 10, 1997, the
<br />lollowing property is hereby rezoned lrom ·'-1·
<br />Light Industrial District to "8-3· General
<br />Business District:
<br />Part 01 the Southwest Quarter 01 the
<br />Northwest Quarter 01 Section 9, Township 29,
