<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1190 <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY <br />AMENDING CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 911, <br />ARTICLE II., SECTION 4, FRANCHISE TERM <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 911, Article II, Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4. Franchise Term <br />This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br />certificate of confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on January 19, 1998. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
