CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 119 3 <br />* ,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY <br />FURTHER AMENDING CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 911, <br />ARTICLE II., SECTION 4, FRANCHISE TERM <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 911, Article II, Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 4. Franchise Term <br />This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br />certificate of confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on April 20, 1998. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 12th~day of January, 1998. <br />Daniel G.
