CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1194 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 104.3 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE RELATED TO SEVERANCE PAYMENTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br />The last paragraph of Section 104.3 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />The severance pay shall be in an amount which equals fifty percent (50%) <br />of said employee's accumulated sick leave, but in no event shall such <br />severance pay exceed the equivalent of forty (40) working days' pay at <br />the employee's wage rate at the time of separation. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 12th day of January, 1998. <br />Daniel G.
