Ordinance No. 1195 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 10 (ZONING), <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM AN "B-3" GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />TO A "R-3A" THREE TO TWENTY-FOUR FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing (PF2958c) with due notice on January 14, 1998, the <br />following property is hereby rezoned from "B-3" General Business District to "R-3A" <br />Three to Twenty-Four Family Residential District: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Rose Ridge Addition, except the east 300 feet thereof. <br />Section 2.
