Ordinance No. 1196 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1012.10(A) <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS ON <br />EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURES AND TOWERS <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br />Section 1012.10 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 1012.10 Tower and Other Structure Height and Placement Limitations <br />12. Exception: Antennas attached to, but not above, the exterior walls of buildings as <br />an integral part of the architecture shall be a permitted use in all B Business and <br />Industrial Districts. Antennas attached to existing public utility structures or <br />existing public utility towers in any zonin district including electrical <br />transmission towers or other structures deemed appropriate by the Director of <br />Community Development. shall be a permitted use in all zoning districts, <br />provided the antenna(s) do not increase the height or bulk of said structure or <br />tower. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 26th day of January, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Steven .
