Ordinance Number 1197 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTIES WITHIN THE ROSEVILLE COMMONS PLAT <br />FROM R1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF2891) with <br />due notice on February 9, 1998, the following property is hereby rezoned from R1, <br />Single Family Residential, to PUD,Planned Unit Development: <br />The plat of Roseville Commons, also legally described as that part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter located Northwesterly of <br />Highway 88, except the West 330.4 feet thereof, in Section 5, Township <br />29, Range 23 (PIN 052923320081). <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement #1197. <br />The Planned Unit Development standards/conditions of approval adopted for this <br />property shall be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code <br />(rezoning of property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this <br />ordinance; 2) execution of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement by <br />the City; and 3) recording of the final plat and agreement with Ramsey County. <br />PASSED this 9th day of February, 1998. <br />Daniel G.
