Real Property Rezoned Pur- <br />suant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and "Se~ctign 1008 (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ments) of the Chy Zoning Code of the City of <br />RggevUle; and after the City Council held a <br />public 'hearing (PF2891) with due notice on <br />February 9, 1998, the following property is <br />hereby rezoned from Rt, Single Family Resi- <br />dential;;to.PUD, Planned Unit Development: <br />The plat of Roseville Commons, also legally <br />descritYed as that part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter located <br />Northwesterly of Highway 88, except the West <br />330.4'ltlet thereof, in Sectlon 5. Township 29, <br />Range 23 (PIN 052923320081). <br />Section 2., Planned Unit DevelopmenU <br />Subdivision Agreement N1197.
