ORDINANCE NO. 1198 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 1012.10(A) OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE` <br />TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF <br />COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS ON <br />EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITY , <br />STRUCTURES AND TOWERS ... <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville <br />does hereby ordain: ~' <br />L <br />Section 1012.10 of the City Code of the City <br />of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 1012.10 Tower and Other Structure <br />Height and Placement Limitations <br />12. Exception: Antennas attached to, but <br />not above, the exterior walls of byildings as <br />an integral part of the architecture shall be a <br />permitted use in all B Business and I <br />Industrial Districts. Antennas attached to <br />existing public utility structures or existing <br />public utility towers in any zoninc district. <br />including electrical transmission towers or <br />other structures deemed applooriate bkthe <br />Director of Community Development. shall lie <br />a permitted use in all zoning districts. <br />provided the antenna( do not jngrease the <br />height or bulk of said structure or tower. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, this 26th day of January, 1998. <br />/s/ Dan.
