Real Property Rezoned Pur- <br />suant,to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Develop- <br />merits) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />I~osevitle, and after the City Council held a <br />public he8ringg (PF2963) with due notice on <br />ebFUary ~9~.~ is#98, ~tfie fallowing property is <br />~e"rebyMrgzened irom SC;,~Shopping, C,erttefi~,,;. <br />and 9i, Limned ~~lusiness; to PUD, Planned <br />(Jtlit D~evetbpfnent: ` <br />The plat of Roseville Center, also legally <br />&e3cribed as: the' Westerly 251.73 feet of the <br />Easterly 800.46 feet o} the Southeast Quarter <br />gi„the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, <br />?foWtiShip 29 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey <br />bounty, Minnesota, except the Northerly 767 <br />feet, and, except the Southerly 369.89 feet <br />ahereot, the Westerly boundary line of said <br />tract being the center line of Dunlap Street; <br />subject to highway easement over the North <br />~3 .feet thereof.
