Please be advised that the variance is in effect <br />for six months after date of appraval. The following conditions <br />were also attached to the approval. <br />1. That there shal.l be no driveway and parking to the sautheast, <br />as depicted on plans. <br />2. That staff approve �ire, utilit�r, gradinq, and drainage plans <br />including underground drainage as required. <br />3. That staff approve landscape plans, which should be coordinated <br />with neighbors' concerns. <br />4. That the landscape wall on Hamline sha11 be con�tructed of brick. <br />5. That sidewalks shall be constructed on Hamlin�e. <br />6. That no exhaust or mechanical systems �hall be placed on the <br />southern side of the parcel. <br />7. That the pond area be dedicated to the City. <br />8. That the development be constructed in accordance with the <br />plans dated September 18, 1985. <br />9. That the parking variance shall be effective only while the <br />apartment units are used by Senior Citizens e2 and over. <br />
