Howard objected +o the <br />new design because it greatly reduced the land at the pond's edge <br />and made it vir�huaily impossible to develop a path or provide <br />landscaping around the pond. Dave Janish contacted John Panuska <br />of Hickok and Associates (Consulting Engineers for Rice Creek) <br />�o express the Cifiy's concern for the r�vised dosign and its lack <br />of usefulness for tho public.
