The final plat is now before the City Council for <br />approval. The Engineering staff has reviewed the final plat and finds <br />everything to be in order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Pointe Development Corporation's request for <br />final plat at 2545 Hamline. <br />
