If this were not to Qccurr, the developer would <br />have twa options: <br />1. Request a variance ta this special condition, or <br />2. Place brick facing on the wall. <br />If the wa11, as i� exists, were to be deemed an acceptable means <br />as meet?ng the special condition, staff is concerned that a <br />difficu].t precedent would be estalbished wi�h respect to what is <br />deemed an accpptahle brick substitute. I�t would then be critical <br />that the City develop strict desi.gn standards to be used hence- <br />�orth, depicting what is and is ri�ot properly determined to be <br />brick. <br />
