Place brick facing on the wall. <br />Tf the wall, as it exists, were ta be deemed an acceptable means <br />as meeting the special condition, s�.aff is concerned that a <br />difficult precedent wou�d be estalbished with respect to what is <br />deemed an acceptable brick substitute.
