That the wall adjacent to the residence in question be <br />constructed according to the plans dated March 14, <br />1988. <br />2. That a landscape plan be developed for the interior <br />court of the wall with an emphasis on coniferous <br />planting to be approved by city staff. <br />_ 3. That a hedge be placed on the west side of the �ite <br />between the greenhouse and the southwest corner of the <br />lot. <br />4.
