payment to or from MnDOT, and that the City of Roseville Public Works Director may <br />execute such work order contracts on behalf of the City of Roseville without further <br />approval by this Council. <br />The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified <br />copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />McGehee and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe and the following voted against the <br />same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
