ORDINANCE N0.1492 <br />AN ORDNANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR CONSISTENCY <br />WITH ITS DESIGllTATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of <br />the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of PROJ0026 <br />the following parcels are rezoned from High-Density Residential-1 (HDR-1) District to <br />Community Mixed-Use-1 (CMU-1) District: <br />PIN: 04-29-23 -31-0018 <br />PIN: 04-29-23 -31-0017 <br />PIN:04-29-23-42-0030 <br />PIN:04-29-23-42-0043 <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amandment to the City Code and Zoning <br />Map shall take effect upon the passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />Passed this 25t�' day of January, 2016. <br />
