<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1202 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />(A 1.8 ACRE PARCEL) FROM 1-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO A B-3 <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT(2485 FAIRVIEW AVENUE NORTH) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing (PF2989) with due notice on March 11, 1998, the <br />following property is hereby rezoned from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General Business: <br /> <br />The south 212 feet of the North 508 feet of the East 410 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 29, <br />Range 23 [PIN 09292324003] <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
