REDA Meeting <br />Minutes — Monday, Jai►uary 4, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />President Pro tem Roe noted that Stat-�.ites indicate five officers, but clarified that <br />neither the Secretary nor Assistant Treasurer had to be rneinbers of the board; and <br />further clarified th�t their responsibilities were related to filing docuinents beyond that <br />of recording meeting minutes for the REDA Secretary. <br />Meinber Etten inoved, Member McGehee seconded, adoption of the By-laws of the <br />Economic Development Authority (Attaclunent A) as presented and in accordance <br />with State Statute 469.090 to 469.1071 and Enabling Resohition No. 11277. <br />Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br />Nays: None <br />Motion carried. <br />9.
