R�PO�i <br />REVIEW OF OPERATIONAL <br />1604 ELEGTRONIC COMPUTER <br />. <br />G <br />HIGHIIGHTS <br />The 1604 is the Comp�ny's major product and is one of the largest <br />golid state electronic digital computers being offered in the U. S. today. <br />Six 1604 Computers h�ve been delivered. All of these computers have <br />passed their acceptance tests �vithin � few days after installation and are <br />giving a high degree o� customtr satisfaction. <br />The first of these computers was delivered to the U. S. Navy Poat- <br />grndunte School, Monterey, �alifornia, where it is being used for weather <br />calcutAtions far the Pacific Fleet and for training of Naval ofticera. Two <br />1G04's h�ve been deli��ered to Lockheed Aircr�ft Corpor�tion as ground <br />dat� collection computers on the Air Force's MIDAS and DISCOVERER <br />S�tellite progr��ms ; one of these �vas installed at Sunnyvale, California, in <br />A�ril, 1960, t�nci the seconci �vt�s instulled in July, 1�60, at Vandenburg Air <br />Force B�se, Cnliforni�. The lnstitute for Defense Analyses at Princeton� <br />I'�e��• J!�rsey, rec�ived one 1609, :�nd � 160A h€�s ��lso been delivered to ihe <br />U. S.
