<br />square foot shopping cen-
<br />ter to be erected on a 40-
<br />acre site at Snelling Av.
<br />and County road B in Rose-
<br />ville were unveiled today
<br />by Haroid J. S1Atvik, St.
<br />Paul auto dealer and presi-
<br />dent of Harold J. Slawik
<br />Properties.
<br />To be kno�vn as "Har-
<br />Mar," the center is to be of
<br />open mall design patterned
<br />after the CApitol C o u r t
<br />center in Milwaukee, Wis.,
<br />and the Park Central in
<br />Phoeni�, Ariz.
<br />EstimAted cost of the
<br />completed center, said Sla-
<br />wik, will be close to $G,-
<br />000,000.
<br />This includes cost of the
<br />existing Hub shopping cen-
<br />ter which was acquired vy
<br />S 1 a w i k Properties early
<br />this year and �i�hich will
<br />be int�grated �vith the ne�v
<br />unit. AdjAcec�t property is
<br />now occupied by tiie Har-
<br />kins golf range.
<br />Construction is expected
<br />to start in the spring of
<br />1961 wlth completion in
<br />early 19f,2, Sla�vik said.
<br />Principal retaii facility
<br />is to be an 85,000 squure
<br />foot J. C. Penney Co. store.
<br />There will Also be a

<br />store; two 20,000 square
<br />foot supermarkets; a 12,000
