We acquired the signatures of <br />the contract vendors on the pTat, but the mortgagee has steadfas�ly re- <br />fused to sign ite W� have negot3ated with Provident over the past several <br />months, but to �his point the negotiations have been unsuccessful. The <br />owner v►�ould be willing to refiilance the project and get Provident out so the <br />plat could be signed, but present mortgage precludes prepayment for approx <br />imately another year. <br />At this time it appears that we will have to wait for approximately <br />another year before we can file the ROCA plat.
