N�ither has any objectiQn to the owners <br />praceeding to a registered land surv�y, altllough, if 1 <br />w�:s in their position, I think I might have some questinn <br />�: , <br />about it. However, from the Village's standpoint, I see <br />notY�ing wrong wit h it, so long as we obtain from the owners <br />any utility easemen�ts that may be needed. <br />Ori� o� th� significant differEnces between a plat and a <br />registered la.nd surveyr is that you c�nnot show any dQdica- <br />�ion ta the publ�.c. Thus, we would have ta obtain arY <br />individual easements that might be required.
