Con- <br />str°uction on the project had already commenced at the time the purchase was <br />completed. In addition to this, I am in th� process of purchasing from <br />Mr. Anthor�y Schmidt the 170 feet lying j�ast west of my initial purchase. <br />T am at this time asking for a pla.na�ed urqit developanent of the entire tract. <br />The two new thirteen unit buildings on the westerl,p 170 feet will be of sim- <br />ilar construction and design to the building that I own at 2906 North Snelling <br />Avenue. <br />I sincerely feel that the changes I have incorporated into this project <br />since the time I have acquired it have greatly enhanced the value of this <br />development, es�ecially the underground garage and indoor swimming pool.
