Thi� atorm s�xer �uld be sized to hanclle the <br />runofP f�om tbe proposed apartment buil�ding ag well as the runofP from the grea <br />e�n top of tha hill �a the south (ex�.sting spartment buil,dings). This lattex run- <br />off ia handled throu�h a pipe t�hich ou�le�� at the bottom of thc hill.
