It was moved and approve:l that <br />the applicatio;n to split a lot according to the procedures <br />of the Village Cade be approved if there is no restric�ive <br />covenan t,prohibiting such action. <br />Thereupon an Abstract of �itle �o t`he property was <br />deliver�d to this office by Lillian �auc�herty. �aicl Abstrac� <br />of Title was Iast certified tn by the Abstract Clerk of <br />Ramsey Cour��y on Ssptembe�c 2�, 1966, at 8:00 a.m. <br />I am returning said Abstract to Lillian Daugherty �nd � <br />am advising the Covncil that in considering the application <br />of I,illiar� Daughert�r whether there ar� or are not any <br />restrictive covenan�s, should not be subject matter to <br />affect the Coun�il's decision. <br />_� <br />
