I am v�ry pleased <br />� that the Roseville Council has ordered the saaitgry sewer improve- <br />ment on Wagner Street. As far as the improvement oL Wagner Street <br />between Woodruff and Western Aveaue is concerned, I would heartily <br />endorse that improvement. Anything that needs to be doae to ac- <br />crnmglish bt;ildable iots on Wagner Street would be very desirable <br />as far as I am concerned. � <br />Would it be poasible xo improve all of Wagner Street (all the <br />way to the dead end, one block east of Western)? Would it be fea- <br />�ible to put sewer and water in so that these lots which are <br />platted could be develaped and sold for building sites. If possible, <br />I would like to acco�plish this but if it is not, you might ask the <br />Council if they would coasider buying all the land I own on Waguer <br />S�reet esst of Westera. Roseville already owas the adjacent land <br />on the south and the land between has been dedicated for �a s�treet. <br />If this cou�d be accomglished be�ore the end of the year, I would <br />be able to t�ke this as E tax loss and that would conclude the <br />matter so far as I am concerned. I would suggest a figure such as <br />$1200 f�r.the 11 pieces ok land involved. Narurally, I would prefer <br />to see the p�operty developed for hn�s but if the Council waats to <br />``'�� consider this other alternative, I am agreeable.
