Insurance Comp�ny. Clarence Har� presented � revised development pl�n for cons3deration which dPdic��tes a�tr�ip of land �0 feet wide along the northerly property line for str�eet p�xrposes. He indicated that the revised pl�.n complied with the suggestions made by the Commi a si on, and tha t i t camplie s with al.�. �� buil cling requi.r �nent s e O�tie H, Goclfrey adv�.sed that Elling Nur�ery� does not object to J�xbilee StoresA Incorp�rated building in the are�e J�.bilee Stores h�.s su�'ficient �.ccess to �� pr�aper�ty by uge of the seraice lane �long Shelling Avenue.
