A parcel of land, abuttinq on a public <br />street, being a lot designated in a recorded <br />plat or a parcel occupied by a principal <br />building on May 21, 19 59 , or being a parcel <br />of record of sufficient size to provide the <br />yards required by this Code." <br />Section 20.070 (f) provides: <br />"All lots shall abut on a publicly dedicated street. " <br />Section 34.010 provides: <br />"Access to Street.
