To the extent to which the single sheet drawing can be understood, it appears <br />that the design is extremely good. Prior to approval of a special use permit <br />with respeet to the development plan, however, we suggest additional detail <br />be provided in terms of the landscaping plan, the use of exterior materials, <br />and the grading plan.
