<br />We have been furnished a copy of ifillage of Roseville
<br />- Resolution No. 1880 relating to 1VSP� � application for a variar�ce
<br />�o section 13.2�-0 and a special use p�rmit pursuant t� section
<br />7,2�0 of �he Village Code, which application is dated July 20,
<br />1q67, and is incorporated herein by reference and made a par�
<br />hereof .
<br />As statec� in the menfiioned application, NSP b�li�ves
<br />that it is not required to obtair� a special use permit or.a'
<br />,va�iance, and that construc�ion af the trar�smission line and
<br />ti��e selection of a par�icular route are con�rolled by state law,
<br />atzd exempt�d by th� provisionu af t�.e �illage Code. Because
<br />� NSP desires to compromise tne dispute existing`between"it and
<br />�. thE V�llage, and because of the liti ation
<br />g pending in the Ramsey
<br />CoLLnty Di's�rict Court, more specifically described in the reso-
<br />{° lia�ion, �� is, through this letter, accepting the Special Use
<br />Permit provided �or in the mentioned resolution, without,agree-
<br />�' ing that`the Village Building Cod.e or Village Zoning Code are

<br />With the foregoing reservations, NSP accepts the
<br />�Special Use �'ermit provided for in the resolution with all of
