<br />Body of Roseville and its sta.ff have done a pioneering job in protect-
<br />i.ng the interest of its citizens in the matter of special use permits for
<br />extra-high-voltage transmission. In the process you have also edu-
<br />cated the engineering dspartment of N�P for wtnich they will eventua.11y
<br />be appreciative.
