<br />(7) If Duyer does not on or before June 30, 1968 in the manner

<br />exercise ii;s i•a.gh� tiereunder to purchase the option tracts, then at the end
<br />of the 30�h da�� of Jiine, 19'08 aI1 rights of the Buyer under this option
<br />a�reer:�ent shal.l cease and terminate without notice or oi;her action by Sellers,
