This prop�rLy is located at the northeast cor.n�r of L�xington and Roma , there are on� hunclred and eighty-s�ven (187) fe�t on Lexington, and one hwzdred and fifty-thrce (153) on Roma. It is rPquested �that this be divided into one lot known as the and the second lo�t as North lU0 fent of Lot 8 Lot 8, Minus tl7e North 100 feet. The rcason for this, is that I am purchasin� this proper-ty for �the purpose of building an Eye Clinic. I would like to clear the south eighty-seven (87) feet as soon as possible so that buiiding may corrnnence. It is my inten�tion to construct two small clinics on this prop�r�ty as per the original proposal to �his council at the t�me B-1 Zoning was granted. There is a home located on the north one hundred (100) feet of �this lot, which will be removed or des�troyed before the second building is built. It is my plan and intention tQ begin the second building within one to tzvo years. �� l::\. ?•,�(,U9 Before we can comgl�te financing to build the first building, i�t i.s necessary to have clear title to the land on which the building will be constructed, Since the progerty is very expenszve, �this can be accomplished by clearing the title to the first parcel and be�in construction. Unce the building is started, we can tlzen complete f inancing for the balance of the land. Size of buildings, parking ar�as, etc., will conform to the Village Ordinances.
