At the time T originly went to the ViTae vfth =

  proposed plat of this area, I was tald that it could not be fi.led as the tiliage
*
, was contemating taking part f this area for a park. Subseqent to attempting to file ti proposed plat, I entered into negotiations
4 with the Village repesentative for the sale of the park area. While I felt that `
this land should be sold to the Village as lots, I did cooprate aid agreed to .
- sell`this land for a park at ar acreage price. I have been advisd that some
 other developer in the area received approximately three times as much' mon8y
X per acre bcause their price was based on a lot figure inasmuch as streets had ;
 ,,.
 already been placed adjoinine the park area. It is my contention that f I am :
` : forced t deciicate the roadway and pay for the constnection of the same without

: the Vilage joning in, the result will be that I am being forced to improve the '
`' Vilage property at my expense. Certainly if a road had been constructed in fror °
'. ; of the proerty v+rhich the Village baught for this park, the price woul+ have been
! considerably higher than the acreaqe figure that I agreed to in attempting to
` ' cooperate with the Village.
$ ,,
,, ,
i; _
.
 '; .

` .;
JL
.- .. . . .  . . . . . .. _
'tir ..:.. . .  ., -  . .  . .
. €• .
