Ti�e property in ��usstion is a corner house to which the applicant proposes <br />to add a doubie garage measuring �0 x 24 feet. The garoge would front onto <br />County Road B-�! ond confoiYn to the 30 foot setback on this frontage. The <br />new garage would, however, be 2'1 feet away from St. Albans Street whereas <br />the ordinance requires the normal 30 feet. <br />2. The lots in question were platted before th�� current 100 foot lot requirements <br />were in existence, and tF���s we have the usual problem of inadequate space <br />to provide the 30 fc,ot s,tback o�� the side yard cantiguo�s to the street. Unless <br />there are some serious problems brought up by others in the neighborhood, it <br />would appear as though the request is a reasonable one adding to the value <br />of the property in question . <br />
