Johnson, File No. �4�+-68 <br />Special Use Permi.t and Variance to Density <br />North of Iarpenteur Avenues east of Le�.ington Avenue(behi.nd Shopping Center� <br />Sl1NTTA.RY SEWER: <br />The proposed plans ai�e to connect the buildings to the existing 8 ineh sanitary <br />sewer on Dionne Street by extending 2 lines, one on each side of the property. <br />It is recor�unended that a manhole be built at each building service so as to pro- <br />vide a means of cleaning the sewer in case of trouble. Both lines should be <br />8 inch diameter. <br />jJATERr'1AIN : <br />The Froposal is to connect to the existing 6 inch wat;ermain on Dionne Street by <br />means of a single line running into the noi•th b uilding and tt;en branching out to <br />the oti�er buildirigs. The only problem with this plan is that with only one ser- <br />vice Line, if there should be a break in this line, all the buildings would be <br />out of service. We will have to get together with the developer and work some- <br />thin� out. - <br />D�IINAGE : <br />Ti�e proposal is to drain the �ajor part of this developmecit to an existing 15 inch <br />storm sewer on L�rpeiiteur Avenue.
