By developing the entire apartment project oriented toward Larpenteur Avenue <br />with all driveway and parking access away from existing residences on north <br />side of Dionne we need more apartment units to offset costs. Also we are <br />providing parking underground for 230 cars for the 168 apartment units and <br />only 106 cars in open parking spaces above ground. <br />13. Density requiremec�t is the only item desired to be relaxed, and by orienting <br />buildings to Larpenteur Avenue away from existing residences, mnd by providing <br />a great many more parking spaces under buildings we are able to get raore gr�en <br />area around buildings. <br />
