Meredith Cable will commence design, walkout, etc. related to construction <br />within 90 days after commencement of the renewal period. <br /> <br />· A - 16, Meredith Cable proposes to enter into a franchise timetable to complete the <br />project by November 30, 2000 and will aggressively work to substantially complete <br />construction by November 30, 1999.
