C
s@CL lOfl 12
Deed restrictions require the house to be at least 20 feet
from the east lot liie arid at least 40 feet from the Cleveland
lot liie. This necessitates the placement of the tennis court
aloig the Cleveland Ave, side of the lot or across the back.
Tennis courts are almost always built running north and south,
sirce an east-west construction makes pldy difficult or impossible
due to problems w ith the sun sh inn ing i« the face of one playe r
or the other. However, if the 30 foot set back is used, the south-
east corner of the court (and the fece ) intersects the house .
This cai be avoided by usirg a 10 foot set back.
