This �roperty was viewed by the Planning Cammission and the Council in the <br />process caf preparing the 701 Plan at which fiime it was decided that ifi wouid <br />be highly desirable for the �raperty i� ques#�ion tQ be part �f fhe Village Park <br />system at some point in the future. If the Village decides there are no means <br />of acquiring th� land imm�diately, there is a questionas to whether or not <br />the property owner can waifi unti! such time as the Willage rr2ay be able to <br />flcquire it or whether he has the right to proceed wiih some farm of develop- <br />ment now> The property is an unusual one, and has access to a public stre�t <br />only via r� srnall portion of the cul�de-sac on the west end of WoAdlynn. If <br />the Vi{lage does not grant the approval of a piat, bri�g�ng th� street into the <br />west end of �Noodlynn, and the Vi I lage does not agree to the dedicat�on or <br />the exchange of land providing access +o C�wc�sso Boulevard, the property <br />would appear to be undevelopable a <br />4�.
