If the Vi{lage does not grant the approval of a piat, bri�g�ng th� street into the west end of �Noodlynn, and the Vi I lage does not agree to the dedicat�on or the exchange of land providing access +o C�wc�sso Boulevard, the property would appear to be undevelopable a 4�.
