Every one of the six dr�m�tically styled �ipartment <br />b�aildir.,gs will feature underground parking, su�omatic elevator�r, full <br />securit;y system� $arden patios and fully e�uipped kitchens in L•he <br />sound controlled apartment units. <br />Each building will contain 66 aparL-ment units of whi�:h 48 unitr� are <br />one bedroom and 18 units axe two bedroom apartnnents. The proposed <br />apartment units will be of a semi-luxury type that slnould lease for <br />$175. 00 per month for the one bedroc�ms to over $200. �00 per �aonth for <br />Ch� two bedxoom units. It is our intention �o retain awnerahip and <br />mana$e�ient of this project as we have of all tlne apartment projects <br />we have built in the past. <br />To explain nur coneept of the planned unit development it ia our pl�n to <br />incorporaCe the entire tract into one homogenous plan utilizing priv�te <br />roadways, approachea �end parking areas which will be completely main�ai�ed <br />by our company. Proper ease�aents throughout the prope�ty will be g��cated <br />for all nece�sary ffiunicipal and service utilities. We have so sited all <br />the buildings �o that they �ay easily b�e served by all fire, police �nd <br />sanitary vehicels. <br />The recreation�tl facilities to be provided are a recreatian c�nter complete <br />with a heaCed indoor swimmaing pool, saunas, game room, lounge, serving <br />icitchen and project manager� office. Along with the center we ahall <br />provide ano�her heated outaide pool. and wading pool along with a putting <br />green, tennis court, and �uch Lawn re�reational facilities as ahuffle <br />boards, croquet cousts, horseshoe pits and outside �as barbegues and <br />related picnic fa�ilities.
