Krannak, who own the land <br />adjoiniiag and to the wes-t of the area for which the above variance is sought. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Krannak object most strenuously to the granting of a�y such variance <br />and woul.d be appreciative if we could have tinne at your meeting on April 2 to <br />present their views. <br />Lexington Holding Compan,y is already short of parking space for its <br />shopping center and the erection of any furthez� structures within the setback <br />area would gre�tly compound the problem. <br />In addition, Mi, and Mrs. Kranna.k have an agreement with Lexington Holding <br />Company with respect -�o the preservation of the setback. The .Agreementi a certified <br />copy of which is enclosed, is dated April 11, 195�, and was recorded in the office <br />of the Ramsey County Register of Deeds on April 16 of that same year. <br />The pertinent part of the Agreement can be found on pages l� and 5 and r.as <br />been �iighlighted by me in yellow, It is quite clear that Lexington Holding Company <br />wil� be violating the Agreement if it erects anything within the setback a,z•ea� <br />We urge the Commission to either disapprove the request for variance or <br />to recormnend the abolition of all setback requirements in this area, If Lexing- <br />ton Holding Company is allowed to build withi.n the setback area9 then �Uir. and <br />
